These general sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to all sales, supplies products and services offered by us on behalf of third parties in the market.

Warranty term:

All our products are covered by the warranty of the supplier. Navigatie-onderdelen.nl has its own repair service. Besides this, defective products are also repaired by our supplier.

The following damages are excluded from warranty:

  • damaged / broken monitor units
  • damage caused by inexpert employment
  • liquid- or water damage
  • fall- or push damage
  • "infringement of third parties"

Default on receipt:

If your product does not function properly on receipt, please contact our customer service (contact@navigatie-onderdelen.nl). If we can confirm the default, you will always receive a new product.

Step plan for warranty and faults:

Would you like to obtain the benefit of this warranty? We would like to ask you to follow the following steps. In this way, we can settle your return as quickly as possible.

  1. Report to our customer service (contact@navigatie-onderdelen.nl) that you want to return a product. You can use the returnform on our website.
  2. You will receive an e-mail confirming your request.
  3. Via e-mail you will receive instructions for sending the product.
  4. After we have received your product, Navigatie-onderdelen.nl will send you a confirmation via e-mail.
  5. We will examine your complaint and we will suggest a solution as soon as possible.

Costs:

The costs for sending a product to us are on your account. We estimate the costs around € 10.00 for shipping in the Netherlands till € 60.00 for outside of Europe.

Returns

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or did you make a mistake? No problem. At Navigatie-onderdelen.nl you can return or exchange an article within 14 working days. It is important that the product is complete and unused and that it is in the original and undamaged packaging. Navigation-onderdelen.nl will charge money if the products are damaged or used

Exceptions:

The following articles can not be returned:

  • Software of which the seal is broken, or the packaging opened, or has been installed or registered.
  • Consumption articles such as protection foil or cleaning fluid.
  • Articles that can not be returned because of hygienically reasons.
  • Exchanged or completed coupons or credit notes.
  • Articles that have been used, damaged or are incomplete.

Costs:

The costs for sending a product to us are on your account. Navigatie-onderdelen.nl will be charged with the forwarding-charges for return.

As customer, you are responsible for the return yourself. We advise you to send your product by registered post. We will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the products. This amount will be minus the forwarding charges made by Navigatie-onderdelen.nl

Conditions:

  • Products should be returned in a good and solid packaging. The purchase note should be included.
  • The products can not be activated/used.
  • The complete undamaged packaging should be present.
  • Seals can not be broken (e.g. Software).
  • This Law does not apply to special orders or especially ordered products (Here, return importer / cancellation charges will be taken into account.)
  • This Law also does not apply to consumption articles, such as batteries etc.

If these conditions are not met, costs will be taken into account for returning/cancelling your order. This percentage of the purchase price will be determined by Ridgidkollmann.com. You will receive your credit as a credit note. If an order is refused at the door, the costs made by us will, at all times, be taken into account.

Price Variations

All prices are based on the cost of the current stock in the webstore.
When an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to change the selling price of the item without prior notice; e.g., in circumstances in which the cost of the replacement stock is considerably higher than before.
